The festival devotees organised a fantastic Rathayatra by the sea for Their Lordships Jagannatha, Baladev and Subhadra.

On being asked why They were having THREE Rathyatras this year, They simply remained silent and smiled sweetly.

There was a very large crowd being a very sunny Sunday, and the Rathyatra fitted perfectly into the relaxed mood of the sea-side.

Dharani Dhara came back from India to see his home town transformed into Vaikuntha.

Giridhari inspecting the festival he and his crew had worked so hard to put on.

The Ratha cart arrived at "The Crescent" where the stage crew had put up the stage and sound system. The programme started with guru puja. It was a typical happy sea-side family crowd.

The play was original and enjoyable with Me, My Body and My Mind performed with verve and energy. The crowd appreciated and enjoyed the play.

This was the tail end of the prasadam queue, which was served in a nearby hotel. Prasadam was very tasty.

Evening time, and time to get going back.

Jaya Jagannatha, Baladev, Subhadra!

Bright sunshine, sea calm as a mill-pond, fantastic Rathyatra.

Come back next year y'all! Haribol!
