RADHA DESH BELGIUM

A 150 year old chateau situated in the rolling hills of the Ardennes in Belgium. For 30 years the devotees have worshipped their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Gopinatha here in an idyllic setting. Without doubt it is one of the most well maintained properties in ISKCON. A first class guest house and the centre of ISKCON Europe’s Education programme. Daily busloads of tourists visit to admire the fascinating property, the Vedic museum, the bakery, the boutique, the restaurant, the gardens, and the view from the roof.

ANTWERP RATHAYATRA

A gorgeous sunny day as the Ratha car rolls over the cobbles of this historic city. A wonderful route right through the most crowded pedestrian walkways of the city with enthusiastic kirtans and dancing. Five devotees dressed as the Panca Tattva. There was even a street drama in the middle of the parade. The festival at the end was awesome with Vaiyasaki prabhu leading bhajans in the main square. A small temple here but the Rathayatra was a great success.

AMSTERDAM

After years of struggle in a small rented building one devotee has now come forward to provide a much larger facility for ISKCON Amsterdam. Hopefully the preaching in Amsterdam will now be revived. It is expected the move will take place early next year. Another encouraging point is that Dhananjaya prabhu and his wife Bala Gopal will move there to manage affairs. Dhananjaya prabhu first started the temple in Amsterdam back in 1971.

MALAYSIA – PENANG

September 18th is the date set for the installation of Sri Sri Gaura Nitai in the new property in Seberang Jaya Penang. Here ISKCON has acquired more than one acre of land and are about to begin the building of a large Radha Krishna Temple. In a Muslim country this is an amazing God send.
